Set up a breading station with three separate bowls. In the first bowl, add the flour. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Take a mozzarella stick and roll it in the flour, making sure it's coated on all sides. Then, dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, roll the stick in the seasoned bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
