While the Panna Cotta is chilling, let's whip up a delightful berry compote. In a saucepan, combine your mixed berries and a sprinkle of sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries have softened and released their juices. Remove from the heat and let it cool before transferring to a container.
Once the Panna Cotta is fully set, gently remove it from the fridge. Top each cup with a generous spoonful of the berry compote.
