Indulge in a sparkling delight with our Prosecco Jelly recipe! Light and bubbly, topped with edible gold stars for a touch of luxury.
Take note
Please note that this recipe contains alcohol and is intended for those of legal drinking age. Also, be careful when handling edible gold stars, as they can be delicate and easily damaged.
In a saucepan, pour 2 cups of Prosecco and sprinkle 4 packets of unflavored gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Be patient and don't rush this step, otherwise the gelatin might not set properly.
Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir until it's completely dissolved. You can also add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor, if desired.
Carefully pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds. Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 3-4 hours, or until the jelly is set.
Once the jelly is set, remove it from the refrigerator. Sprinkle some edible gold stars on top to add a touch of luxury and sparkle. Feel free to get creative with the garnish!
