In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 packet of dry yeast, and a pinch of salt. Give it a little mix and then add 1/2 cup of warm milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 beaten egg. Stir until a dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Shape it into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat up 1 cup of raspberry jam over low heat until it becomes smooth and spreadable. Set it aside to cool.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a 12x9-inch rectangle. Spread the cooled raspberry jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 9 equal slices.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls onto a greased baking dish or a lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between them. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Once they're out of the oven, you can drizzle them with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and a little water.
