In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust based on your spice preference), and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Set the sauce aside.
Using your hands, scoop a small amount of sushi rice and shape it into a flat patty. Repeat this process with the remaining rice to create the number of sliders you desire.
Take one sushi rice patty and place it on a plate. Top it with a slice of your chosen sushi topping. Drizzle a small amount of the spicy mayo sauce over the topping. Repeat this step for the remaining sushi rice patties.
Garnish your Sushi Pizza sliders with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of furikake seasoning for an extra kick. Serve these bite-sized delights immediately and enjoy the explosion of flavors!
