Before we start, let's make sure we have everything we need. Gather 1 cup of almonds, 1 cup of cashews, 1 cup of shredded coconut, 1 cup of dried mango, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Now, let's preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Get that oven nice and toasty for our granola goodness!
Grab a cutting board and a sharp knife. Chop the almonds, cashews, and dried mango into small pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and dried mango.

Once the granola is done baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely. This will help it get extra crunchy. Once cooled, transfer it to an airtight container and store it at room temperature. Now it's time to dig in and enjoy your tropical coconut mango grain-free granola!
