Spice up your Ramen Burger game by adding a fiery twist! Follow our guide to give your burger a deliciously spicy kick.
Take note
Handle spicy ingredients with caution and keep away from eyes and sensitive skin. Make sure to taste the spice level as you go and adjust according to your preferences.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of honey, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if you want it extra hot or reducing it if you prefer a milder kick. Set the sauce aside for later.
Cook your Ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and let them cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles with 2 beaten eggs. Mix well until the noodles are coated. Divide the mixture into patties and cook them in a non-stick pan over medium heat until crispy on both sides.
In another bowl, mix together 1 pound of ground beef, 1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form the mixture into burger patties of your desired size. Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
Spread the spicy sauce onto the bottom half of a toasted burger bun. Place a Ramen patty on top of the sauce, followed by a spicy beef patty. Add some fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro on top. Finish off with the top half of the bun. Serve your deliciously spicy Ramen Burger and enjoy the fiery flavors!
