Indulge in a stack of heavenly Labneh pancakes. Light, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious! Your breakfast will never be the same.
Take note
Be careful not to overmix the batter, as it can result in dense pancakes. Also, make sure to keep an eye on the heat of your pan to prevent burning.
Before we begin, let's gather all the items we'll need. Here's what you'll need: 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of Labneh, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Labneh, milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the ingredients together until just combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps in the batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-low heat. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
Stack your fluffy Labneh pancakes on a plate and serve warm. Top with your favorite syrup, fresh berries, or a dollop of Labneh for extra indulgence. Enjoy!
