In a large bowl, combine 1 and a half cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Divide the batter into three portions. To make blueberry muffins, fold in 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries into one portion. For chocolate muffins, stir in 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips into another portion. The third portion can be left plain or customized with your desired flavor.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with baking cups or grease it lightly. Fill each cup with a tablespoon of batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before diving in. Enjoy your Mini Muffin Medley creation!
