1

Gather Your Ingredients

To make our Grain-Free Granola Cookies, you will need the following ingredients: almond flour, shredded coconut, chia seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and dark chocolate chips. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the fun part of mixing them all together!

2

Mix It Up!

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of almond flour, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and a generous handful of dark chocolate chips. Give it a good stir until everything is well combined and you're left with a cookie dough-like consistency.

3

Shape 'Em and Bake 'Em

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take about a golf ball-sized portion of the cookie dough and roll it between your palms to form a ball. Place it on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten it with your fingers. Repeat this process with the remaining dough, leaving a little space in between each cookie. Pop the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.

4

Cool and Enjoy

Once you take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. As tempting as it may be, try to resist devouring them all at once! When the cookies have cooled, indulge in their crispy exterior and chewy center. Share them with friends or keep them all to yourself. We won't judge!
