Get creative with Mango Lassi popsicles! Add exciting toppings like crushed cookies or coconut flakes for an extra burst of flavor and fun!
Take note
Be careful when handling the popsicle molds and stick to avoid any injuries. Also, make sure to use ripe and sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes. Put the mango chunks in a blender along with 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Carefully pour the Mango Lassi mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for the toppings. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze them for about 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once the popsicles are frozen, it's time to get creative! Take each popsicle out of the mold and dip the top part into melted chocolate. Then quickly sprinkle crushed cookies or coconut flakes over the chocolate while it's still soft. Place the decorated popsicles on a tray lined with parchment paper and return them to the freezer for about 15 minutes to let the toppings set.
After the toppings are set, the Mango Lassi popsicles are ready to be devoured! Serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later. Don't forget to share the popsicle joy with your friends and family!
