Beat the heat with our cool and fruity Meteorite Mango Mousse Popsicles recipe. A refreshing way to enjoy the stars on a stick!
Take note
Before embarking on your cosmic popsicle adventure, keep in mind that handling meteorites can be dangerous. Make sure to use protective gloves and avoid any metallurgical experiments. Also, be careful not to confuse your mango with an actual meteorite - they may look similar, but taste completely different!
In a blender, combine 2 ripe mangoes, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of sugar, and a dash of cosmic sparkle. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Carefully pour the meteorite mango mousse into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. If you don't have molds, you can use paper cups with popsicle sticks.
Before the mousse sets, insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Make sure they are positioned in the center of the mold, like meteorites streaking through the night sky.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them chill for at least 4 hours, or until they are solid. Once frozen, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Now, sit back, relax, and savour the heavenly flavors of your Meteorite Mango Mousse Popsicles!
