Once the sticky rice is cooked and slightly cooled, transfer it to a bowl. Pour the coconut sauce over the rice and gently toss to coat each grain. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. To serve, spoon some sticky rice onto a plate and top it with slices of ripe mango.
